The Role
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Team Leader to join our Stalybridge team. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of your shift, ensuring safe and efficient processes while working closely with the operations management team. You will lead by example, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment in line with the Open Leadership Framework. Key responsibilities include managing resources, achieving operational targets, and supervising both planned and unplanned maintenance activities. If you have strong leadership skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to drive continuous improvement, we want to hear from you!
