Description
*You the buyer will identify and source new products that align with consumer trends and company objectives.
*Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts.
*Work cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams to promote products.
*Manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
*Ensure product availability and timely delivery.
*Comply with all relevant industry regulations.
*Manage junior members of your team.
*Provide insightful feedback and reporting to senior management.
Profile
*Experience in buying, preferably within Ladies Apparel & Fashion
*Proficiency in relevant software, including MS Office and buying platforms.
*Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with suppliers.
*Costing experience with different suppliers
