Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established, growing engineering firm in the Oxford area as an Administrator.
This role is perfect for someone looking to start their career in a supportive and professional environment. Hours for this full time permanent role are Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm based fully onsite.
To be considered for the Administrator role we are looking for:
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Comfortable multitasking and managing priorities.
*Excellent customer service skills.
*IT and Excel literacy.
*Driving ability to commute to the office (OX5 3JA).
Key Responsibilities of the Administrator role include:
*Supporting the Commercial team with document management and maintaining procedures.
*Managing photocopying, printing, and ensuring printers are well-maintained.
*Printing CAD drawings using the office plotter.
*Organising and maintaining storage rooms and archives.
*Updating the drawing register and notifying teams of revisions.
*Ordering office supplies and assisting with event organisation.
*Providing support to the production team and Directors as needed.
Key information about the Administrator role Includes:
*Starting salary of £22k
*Fully on-site role with a start date as soon as possible.
*23 days of annual leave (increasing yearly).
