As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to help us shape our workplace culture, support our team, and drive HR initiatives that align with our business goals.
Job Overview:
The HR Manager will be a key partner in developing and executing HR strategies that support the business objectives of our new and rapidly growing automotive retail operation. This is a hands-on role that requires strong HR leadership, from onboarding, to employee relations, compliance, and development. The HR Manager will work closely with leadership to establish a strong company culture, promote employee engagement, and ensure a positive work environment as we scale.
Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and implement HR policies and practices to support business growth and ensure compliance with local employment laws.
*Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on employee relations issues, performance management, and conflict resolution.
*Develop and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.
*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, legal requirements, and best practices to ensure compliance and promote best HR practices.
*Monitor and track HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
*Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations within the workplace.
Qualifications & Experience:
*Strong HR experience, preferably in the retail, automotive, or fast-paced consumer sectors.
*Excellent knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and workplace regulations.
*Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities as well as employee relations.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a growing team.
*HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
