Job Description:
A leading corporate service provider with an excellent reputation is seeking a Commercial Director to drive business growth. This role is ideal for experienced professionals in corporate services and business development looking to advance their careers. Exceptional candidates at the Associate Director level with growth potential will also be considered.
Role Overview
As Commercial Director, you will lead revenue generation through client acquisition and strategic intermediary relationships. Collaborating with senior stakeholders, global teams, and cross-functional colleagues, you will ensure a seamless client experience while driving growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
*Drive sales revenue in the corporate services sector.
*Develop strategies to build a strong pipeline with corporates, asset managers, and intermediaries.
*Cultivate and expand relationships with intermediaries to increase referrals.
*Conduct prospect meetings, involving SMEs where necessary.
*Maintain accurate CRM records of all activities and contacts.
*Collaborate globally to achieve sales objectives and identify cross-selling opportunities.
The Successful Candidate
*10+ years of business development/sales experience in high-growth environments.
*Strong expertise in corporate services and related technical skills.
*Commercially driven, with deep knowledge of the growth company market.
