Are you a Design Engineer with a strong background in plastics and injection moulding? If so, are client who design and manufacture breathing apparatus for several different industries would be interested in your background!

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the design, development and testing of the existing range of products which include PPE, Breathing apparatus and gas systems. 

Design & Development Engineer - Key Responsibilities

*Develop innovative product design solutions.
*Work on a full product lifecycle from concept design stage through prototype development and testing to final product approval and CE marking.
*Produce concept drawings for customer approval and quotations
*Development of current products, identifying where you can improve them, the process, costings etc
*Injection moulding, predominantly using rubber.

Design & Development Engineer - Key Skills

*Strong design and development background
*Ideally have used SolidWorks or Inventor
*Ideally have some experience in injection moulding
*Have experience using plastics or sheet metal
