Page Group are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading manufacturing & supply led business who support the construction industry, who are now looking for a Customer Service Team Leader to join them at their offices in the East Leeds area
Description
*Provide direct leadership and support to between 5-8fte within a Customer Service Team
*Ensure Customer Orders are assigned and processed in line with service level agreements
*Ensure a world class level of service is provided to customers at all times
*Take ownership of any escalated customer issues
*Identify areas of process failure or under-performance, providing recommendations to improve process and procedures
*Work closely with wider business including, production, logistics, sales and finance
*Keep customers updated and informed with the status of their orders
Profile
*Experience in a similar customer service team leader / manager role
*Ability to manage and drive performance
*Customer Focused
*Use of CRM systems (SAP Desirable)
Job Offer
The role of Customer Service Team Leader will join a business based in East Leeds and offers free parking.
Salary on offer between £35,000 & £38,000 plus extensive company benefits which will be disclosed at a further date
