Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Deputy Manager to join our team at an 80-bed residential home. This full-time position offers a salary of £30,000 per annum and an excellent opportunity to grow in a leadership role within the care sector.
Key Details:
*Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with 1 weekend shift every 3 weeks.
*Salary: £30,000 per annum.
Responsibilities:
As a Deputy Manager, you will:
*Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home.
*Ensure residents receive high-quality, person-centered care.
*Lead and supervise care staff, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
*Assist in managing compliance with regulatory and CQC standards.
*Contribute to care planning and assessment processes.
*Manage and support the development of team members.
About You:
*Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a residential care setting.
*Strong organizational and leadership skills.
*A passion for delivering exceptional care and promoting residents’ well-being.
*Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and care standards.
