Job Description:
Credit Agricole CIB is looking for an experienced Project Manager with expertise in payments flow within an investment bank. This role involves supporting payments-related projects and driving the evolution of our payments environment. The successful candidate will lead projects across front-office, back-office, IT, and business teams, ensuring effective integration and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
*Project Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of payments flow projects impacting CACIB London, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
*Stakeholder Engagement: Develop business cases and change requests in collaboration with stakeholders, securing necessary approvals in line with the Business Case Approval Process (BCAP).
*Project Definition: Clearly define project scope and deliverables that align with business strategy and objectives.
*Governance: Implement effective project structures, including governance committees and work streams, to ensure cohesive project delivery.
*Planning and Tracking: Develop and monitor integrated project plans with clear milestones and KPIs, managing changes and approvals as needed.
*Impact Management: Assess and manage the impact of project deliverables.
*Reporting: Provide timely and accurate status reports in accordance with standards.
*Risk Management: Escalate risks through internal governance processes, fostering a culture of proactive problem-solving.
*Benefits Delivery: Focus on delivering benefits as per the approved business case, addressing issues and risks promptly to ensure successful outcomes.
