Key Responsibilities of a Renewals Specialist:
*Monitoring and tracking the expiration dates of managed service contracts
*Proactively initiating discussions with clients regarding contract renewals
*Preparing and presenting contract renewal proposals to clients
*Negotiating contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements to secure renewals
*Identifying opportunities for upselling additional services or solutions to existing clients
Key Skills and Experience of a Renewals Specialist:
*Previous experience in contract renewal management, customer relationship management or a related role is preferred
*You should be proficient in CRM and contract management software
*KPI driven with a focus on revenue generation and customer retention
*Strong communication and negotiation skills is necessary
*The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
