Job Description:
Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with a growing Sheffield based business in the search for a HR Advisor on a full or part time,permanent basis.
This is a standalone role supporting a headcount of c90 employees which will report into the managing director. The company is a highly specialised components manufacturer and supplier with the aerospace and nuclear industry. This is a truly generalist role, as the company continues to grow, the role will oversee all HR and be responsible for the following:
*Ensuring that all personal information held for all employees is updated as required
*Monitoring and maintenance of various HR spreadsheets relating to pay, absence, probationary, training and new starters
*Conduct and investigate disciplinaries & grievances following company procedures
*Liaise with payroll on holidays and monthly paid staff
*Create & supply HR reports and statistics for monthly reviews
*Contribute to ensuring a safe & healthy working environment.
*Assist with the recruitment of new starters, following our recruitment process and induction
*Creating and maintaining electronic personnel files
Our client is looking for a confident HR Advisor who can offer progression and career development. The role would welcome full time or part time applicants at circa 30 hours per week.
