Job Description:
Role: Customer Service Executive
Location: Salford Quays
Type: Permanent
Salary: £23,000-£25,000 per annum - Depending on experience
Hours: 08:30-16:30 Monday-Friday

A great opportunity has arisen within the UK office of an international manufacturer and distributor of cleaning equipment.
Due to continued growth the company are now looking for a customer service candidate to join their team on a permanent basis.
The purpose of the role is to provide first class service delivery to both new/existing customers.
Role Responsibilities:
*Answer incoming calls professionally
*Respond to customer enquiries
*Processing customer orders
*Research required information using available resources
*Handle and resolve customer complaints
*Provide customers with product and service information
*Process returns/repairs
*Identify and escalate priority issues
*Follow up customer calls and make outbound calls where necessary
*Communicate with couriers for deliveries/ product exchanges
*Assist other departments as and when required
*Use of all company systems – SAP, Office, and all customer web-based systems
