Job Description:
This exciting opportunity seeks an accomplished Marketing & Media Tutor to direct and facilitate student learning in the Marketing & Agency department of our not-for-profit organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning resources to students.

Description
This role is split as follows:
*60%: Deliver hands-on training and tutoring in marketing and media.
*40%: Ensure quality standards and compliance within the studio’s projects and processes.
You’ll also lead and inspire a team of 4 to deliver high-quality content and maintain operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
*Training Delivery:
*Teach topics like Google Analytics, advertising, public relations, photography, design, and audio production.
*Run engaging workshops that empower learners with practical, real-world skills.
*Compliance & Quality Management:
*Monitor project quality and ensure work aligns with industry standards.
*Manage AV processes and compliance across studio projects.
*Team Management:
*Lead and oversee a team of 4 in the recording and podcast studio.
*Foster collaboration, creativity, and high performance.
Profile
*Certified AV Technician (AVIXA CTS) - experience of working on prominent music events (ideally)
*Experience with Google Analytics and knowledge of advertising and public relations basics.
*Hands-on skills in design, photography, and audio production.
*Previous teaching, tutoring, or mentoring experience in marketing or media.
*A background in creative industries (recording studios, media production, or content creation).
*Team leadership or project coordination experience.
