Senior Nursery Room Manager
Are you an experienced Nursery Room Manager looking for a new opportunity in a vibrant, large-scale nursery? We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Senior Nursery Room Manager to lead and inspire our nursery’s team, ensuring the highest standards of care and education for the children in our setting.
Position: Senior Nursery Room Manager
Location: Hove
Hours: Full-time
Salary: £27,050 per annum
Start Date: As soon as possible

This large-scale nursery in Hove offers a spacious, modern, and child-led environment, where they are committed to providing exceptional care and early years education. They pride themselves on creating a nurturing and inspiring atmosphere for both children and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead and manage a dedicated team of nursery practitioners, ensuring high standards of care and learning are consistently met.
*Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate activities for children in your room.
*Support the professional development of staff, providing guidance and mentoring.
*Work closely with parents and carers, fostering positive relationships and regular communication about children’s progress.
*Maintain a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment for children.
*Oversee the implementation of the EYFS curriculum and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Key Requirements:
*Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent).
*Proven experience in a senior nursery role with strong leadership skills.
*In-depth knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and safeguarding procedures.
*Ability to lead a team, motivate others, and maintain high standards of care.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Passion for working with young children and helping them reach their full potential.
