The Chief Data Office’s Data Frameworks team is responsible for defining the policy, procedure, processes, guidance, training and learning assets to enable the bank to manage its most important data and make it an asset. You will be using your creativity, organisation and communication capabilities to improve the bank’s data management framework and enable its adoption across the bank.

Your key responsibilities *Build and run an operational approach to drive adoption of new and changed data management processes
*Build and run a program to equip people delivering the data management framework with the knowledge and skills to deliver their responsibilities
*Design and develop user-focused materials to maximise adoption and effective use of the processes & tools to ensure compliance with the core data management standards
*Construct and maintain a library of consistent knowledge and guidance documentation to enable relevant groups to deliver their data management accountabilities
*Implement a continuous feedback and improvement cycle to ensure user feedback is incorporated into processes
*Implement a communication plan to ensure all relevant stakeholders are kept informed about changes, updates, learning
Your skills and experience *Excellent influencing, communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
*Ability to understand complex concepts and convey them to audiences at all levels (including senior leaders, technical SMEs and non-technical people).
*Proven experience in creating visual representations of concepts and engaging user-facing artefacts
*Advanced or proficient level of Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint
*Positive attitude, self-starter, creative, team-worker
*Ability to quickly learn on the job and be effective in a fast-moving environment
