Job Description:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Management Accountant to join a logistics company based in Hounslow. This role is offering excellent progression and hybrid working options.
Responsibilities:
*Provide essential Financial control and planning for the business unit.
*Maintaining the financial oversight for the business units
*Complete month end process for multiple locations in finance systems according to reporting deadlines.
*Preparation of weekly flash, quarterly forecasts and annual budgets
*Provide analysis of opportunities and risks for sites.
*Ensure compliance with company internal control procedures.
*Proactively engage with site manager from different sites and divisional management to enhance understanding of their respective financials and assisting in optimising financial performance.
*Weekly business review calls with management and sites ensuring key financial areas are monitored and variances challenged.
*Monthly preparation of customer reporting.
*Generate and present a range of financial and ad hoc reports for use by both internal and external customers.
*Assist with pricing proposals for new customers and preparation of capex papers.
*Ad hoc financial analysis.
*Assisting in financial analysis for new projects.
Requirements:
*Part or Fully qualified ACCA / CIMA / ACA or equivalent
*Previous experience in Logistics or Energy sectors.
*Excellent communication and organizational skills.
