Your Key Responsibilities: *�? Ensuring children feel safe, supported, and happy at all times.
*?? Planning and delivering fun, age-appropriate activities that inspire creativity and learning.
*?? Supporting children’s social, emotional, and physical development through engaging play.
*?? Building strong relationships with children, families, and your team.
*�? Assisting with daily routines, including mealtimes, outdoor play, and rest periods.
*?? Observing and recording children’s developmental progress and milestones.
What We’re Looking For: *? A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
*? Experience in a nursery or early years setting (preferred but not essential).
*? A genuine passion for early years education and nurturing young children.
*? Strong communication and teamwork skills.
