Job Summary:
An established and dynamic law firm in Sutton Coldfield is seeking an experienced Family Law Solicitor or CILEX to join their dedicated family law team. This is a fantastic opportunity to handle a varied caseload, including divorce and separation, financial settlements, and matters relating to children, while working alongside a supportive and experienced team of legal professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
*Case Management: Take ownership of a diverse caseload, including divorce, financial settlements, child-related matters, and separation cases.
*Client Advice: Provide expert advice to clients, ensuring they feel supported through complex family law matters.
*Advocacy: Represent clients in hearings and court proceedings, providing confident and eloquent advocacy.
*Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the family law team, as well as legal assistants, to ensure smooth case management and client satisfaction.
*Business Development: Contribute to the firm’s business development efforts, including meeting financial targets and promoting services to potential clients.
Required Skills & Experience:
*A qualified Family Law Solicitor or CILEX with solid experience in family law, particularly in divorce, financial settlements, and child-related matters.
*Advocacy experience is essential.
*Confidence in independently managing a caseload, with excellent client care and communication skills.
*Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business development.
*A collaborative team player, with the ability to work effectively in a supportive, team-based environment.
