Telesales Advisor
Location: Potters bar, London
Salary: Competitive + Commission
Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
*Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients, promoting our healthcare staffing solutions.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and offering tailored solutions.
*Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
*Provide accurate information about our services and address any client queries.
*Update and manage client information in our CRM system.
*Collaborate with the wider sales team to achieve overall company goals.
What We’re Looking For
*Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar sales role.
*Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
*Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
*A proactive and results-driven mindset.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency.
*Experience in the healthcare or staffing industry is a plus but not essential.
