Accounts Receivable ClerkDay-to-day of the role:
*Efficiently manage the incoming payments and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
*Maintain up-to-date billing system and carry out billing, collection, and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.
*Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
*Verify discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing issues.
*Facilitate swift payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients with outstanding accounts.
Accounts Receivable ClerkRequired Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in an Accounts Receivable role or similar.
*Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and accounts receivable processes.
*High level of accuracy and efficiency.
*Excellent data entry skills along with a knack for numbers.
*Proficient in relevant accounting software and MS Office.
*Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to build relationships with clients.
