Job Description:
Customer Service Advisor ?/ Parts Specialist based in Warwick
?Full time, 37.5 hours per week
?Offering £12.58 per hour - paid weekly, every Friday!
Working in a busy environment, this role is responsible for obtaining and providing up to date parts information to a variety of different sales customers.? The role will support knowledge building of not only spare parts, but all products sold by ?o?ur client, and is an essential part of the Internal sales team, delivering exceptional service to our sales customers.
You will obtain a variety of new skills, locating and selecting products via our on-line tool? and inhouse system, using exploded diagrams to locate specific parts required to resolve customer enquiries, as well as accessing stock and price information via our ERP system to facilitate the ordering of spare parts by our sales customers. This is a customer facing role, which requires excellent communication skills, verbal and written, along with a logical and composed approach to solving problems.?
?The Role:
*First point of contact for pre-sales product specification advice on a designated range of spare parts, relating to ?o?ur clients portfolio of products, boilers, cylinders, heat pumps & water heaters
*Us?ing our clients inhouse system to locate specific product information, investigate alternative solutions where parts are no longer available, and support customers with key questions to assist in finding the right solution.
*Work closely with our product management team, identifying where changes may be required to information held on parts arena, to support end user journey.
*Effective management of enquiries submitted through the Parts Query inbox, adhering to our response time SLA’s.
*Processing of spares orders, and general spares enquiries around stock availability, pricing queries.
Start Date: ?January 202?4
Contract: 12 weeks, temp to perm? contract
Pay: £12.58 per hour, paid weekly - every Friday
Hours: ?3?7.5 hours per week
*Monday to Friday, 5 shifts per week
*?Monday to Thursday; 08:30am - 17:00pm
*Friday; 08:30am - 16:30pm
