*Workdays: Thursday to Monday (flexible days available, weekends required).
*Start Times: Between 05:00 - 06:00, offering a predictable routine.
?? Role Overview:
*Partner with a driver’s mates to collect waste across Edinburgh.
*Operate weighbridge systems, conduct vehicle checks, and follow efficient, safe routes.
*Temp-to-perm position: Begin with a 12-week probationary period via Driver Hire, with the potential for permanent placement.
?? What You’ll Need: *Licence: Valid Category C (HGV2).
*Certificates: Current CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
*Driving Record: Maximum of 6 penalty points (no DD, DR, CD, or IN endorsements).
*Experience: Previous driving experience is beneficial.
?? Pay Rates (PAYE with Holiday Accrual): *Monday - Friday: £14.50 per hour
*Overtime & Saturdays: £19.99 per hour
*Sundays: £21.75 per hour
