Job Description:
Our client, a prominent player in the HR and administration sector, is currently seeking a dedicated Sales Administrator for a fixed-term position. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction through meticulous administrative support and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities: *Handle enquiries from customers regarding products, services and order status
*Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
*Ensure customer information is accurate and up to date in company records
*Provide administration support for quotations of all new projects
*Liaise with material control and manufacturing departments for delivery promises
*Book out service exchanges, repair transmissions, and spring couplings
*Input and book out spare part orders
*Maintain up-to-date records on outstanding transmissions with customers
*Process and track sales orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
*Support the warranty claim system in collaboration with other team members and the service team
*Carry out back-to-back ordering for parts from Germany when required
*Liaise with Germany to progress urgent orders
*Assist in other company projects or tasks as and when required
Job Requirements: *Experience in technical mechanical sales administration
*Experience of dealing directly with customers
*Commercial acumen
*Good telephone manner
*Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
*Excellent communication skills
*Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
