Job Description:
An unmissable opportunity for a Motor Trade Development Executive to boost your career with one of the UK’s fastest-growing intermediary groups. You’ll provide Motor Trade clients with flawless advice and unrivalled products which meet their highly specialist insurance needs.
With this fast-paced role, specialist Motor Trade Insurance development/producer experience at an executive senior level is essential. However, it will be your exceptional qualities, belief in excellence and innate ability to network successfully with introducers already in place in the commercial retail sector, that will ensure you succeed.

As a minimum, you will bring comprehensive and extensive knowledge across a range of commercial lines insurance products and proven experience handling insurance for commercial clients.
Working with specialist customers, you’ll demonstrate a solid understanding of their unique risk profile and highly personalised needs. Above all, you will personally appreciate that, at this exclusive and refined level, only the most stellar service and speed make the refined grade.
To ensure you’re creating maximum value for your clients, you’ll need to be an exceptional communicator, excellent at building strong relationships internally as much as externally. The company has succeeded because it knows its client base and invests in long and in-depth client relationships.
In addition to an outstanding base salary, there’s an exciting incentive package and (as you would expect) a generous benefits package. [including 10% employer contribution pension (5% employee) 26 days holiday plus an additional ½ day on your birthday and again at Christmas – Private Medical Insurance, (commission incentive – new business/grow your book + annual bonus -), you’ll also have the added benefit of working in a tight-knit and collaborative, highly professional corporate environment, alongside experienced and respected colleagues.
With the flexibility and the autonomy to manage your diary, you will proactively attend client meetings. You will travel as a part of your role and must have a full UK driving licence, you will need to be flexible to travel onsite to their offices in Essex on a hybrid basis.
