As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a mixed caseload of conveyancing files, including the sale, purchase, and re-mortgage of freehold and leasehold properties. This hybrid role demands a professional who can handle cases independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions.
*Handle freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, and re-mortgage transactions.
*Ensure efficient processing and completion of files using advanced IT systems.
*Provide exceptional client service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Requirements:
*Minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
*Proven ability to manage a full caseload independently.
*Excellent IT skills and familiarity with conveyancing software.
*Strong organizational and communication skills.
