Customer Service Administrator
 
£25,000-£28,000 DOE
Bury St Edmunds
37.5 hours a week – 9am-5:30pm (Part-time hours would be considered)
Permanent  
 
On behalf of our client based on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds, we are searching for a Customer Service Administrator to join a welcoming and dedicated Customer Service Team, The successful candidate will have had previous experience within a customer service role in an office based environment, and will have a strong can-do attitude. Our client is searching for an individual who has excellent customer service skills, alongside time-management and organisational skills.  
 
Main duties and responsibilities:
*Dealing with customers via telephone and email
*Replying to Customer Service & Sales enquiries through the in-house CRM system
*Processing customer returns and refunds
*Liaising with multiple departments to ensure that all issues are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner
*Arranging deliveries and collections
*Answering and responding to telephone enquiries within agreed SLA
*Processing orders and invoices
 
What the client is looking for:
*Previous experience within Customer Service in an office environment
*Excellent communication skills
*Previous experience in using CRM systems and Sage 200
*Strong prioritisation skills, and ability to manage workload under pressure
