Key Responsibilities:
*Oversee and optimise the restaurant’s performance independently.
*Utilise your experience in mobilising new restaurant openings to ensure a smooth and successful launch.
*Recruit, lead, and inspire a dedicated restaurant team through the opening phase and thereafter.
*Assist in the delivery and upskilling of team members, preparing them for the restaurant’s opening and ongoing success.
*Manage daily operations, maintaining high standards of service and hospitality.
*Demonstrate strong financial acumen, focusing on cost efficiency and effective financial management.
*Work closely with the Operations Manager and Operations Director, actively participating in P&L meetings and strategizing to enhance operational effectiveness.
*Collaborate with the HR team to communicate and implement company policies and people strategies, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.
*Prioritise Health and Safety, ensuring the restaurant meets and exceeds regulatory standards through rigorous protocols and regular inspections.
