An exciting opportunity to join a well-renowned and growing independent business within the wellness industry as General Manager at one of their sites in the buzzing area of Battersea. The centre is a state-of-the-art facility kitted out with top-of-the-range equipment and technology. My client requires a dedicated and passionate General Manager who is focused on growing the business and delivering a superb member experience.
  
The main responsibilities of the General Manager are:
*Driving sales and creating awareness campaigns in the local community.
*Focusing on customer retention and high levels of customer service.
*Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and operating the site within guidelines.
*Managing, training and developing the in-club team.
*Managing budgets, KPIs, P&L and driving club performance.
  
The candidate:
*Highly driven with a positive and proactive attitude is a must.
*Ability to interact and be ’hands on’.
*A background in wellness industry management.
*A strong knowledge of the sales process and generating leads from internal and external sources.

This is a fantastic job in health and wellness which requires the successful individual to take ownership of the centre as if it was their own business. You must be an outgoing character who thrives in and enjoys meeting the demands of a fast-paced environment head on!
