Exciting New Temporary Office Manager Position in Cambridge who are seeking an interim for 8-12 weeks.
Description
*Overall responsibility for the smooth running of the Cambridge office.
*Greets visitors, making them feel welcome and ensuring they are looked after throughout the duration of their visit.
*Responsible for the smooth flow of deliveries both in and out of the office, ensuring effective distribution, ensure deliveries are safe and secured and do not present tripping hazards
*Monitor and oversee the level of service provided by the cleaning contractors.
*Ensure adequate stock levels of housekeeping materials (office, kitchen, loo and first) are maintained.
*Organise lunches, and refreshments for management committee and external meetings as requested.
*Ensure the office and meeting rooms are always clean, tidy and well presented.
*Conduct regular floor walks to ensure no safety hazards and kitchens are well stocked.
*Review all invoices, raise PO’s and claim expenses monthly.
*Ad hoc tasks/projects in line with reasonable management instruction.
*Support the EAs with events and as requested.
*Work collaboratively with IT team to ensure the site is well run in terms of IT needs identifying any ongoing issues and support the resolution.
*Continuous improvement of the office environment, enhancing processes, communicating to employees and driving excellence.

*Must be Immediately Available
*Can hit the ground running
*Experience of working in an Admin and Secretarial
