Job Description:
We are working with a multi-academy Trust, with schools across Canterbury, Dover and Folkestone to resource for an experienced HR Advisor to join their HR team for a maternity leave contract of 12 months.
You will provide a professional and efficient service to all the schools in the Trust whilst supporting and underpinning the Trust values of transforming children’s futures, empowering families and strengthening communities. Qualified to CIPD Level 5, you will be experienced with providing day-to-day generalist advice and guidance to a variety of stakeholders on all aspects of HR and employee relations. Ideally your experience will have been gained from the Education sector, but this isn’t essential.

Salary: £28,748 - £34,000 p/annum
