We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our expanding surveying team in London, focusing on a variety of industrial refurbishments and ESG projects.
Main Responsibilities
*Lead refurbishment projects ranging from £250K to £10M, primarily in industrial and logistics sectors, with the potential for commercial work.
*Manage a strong pipeline of work and serve as a key contact for clients.
*Support junior surveyors and contribute to service development.
*Engage in business development activities and network to grow your client base.
*Oversee projects from inception to completion, including invoicing, specifications, and budgets.
Requirements
*MRICS qualified with experience in refurbishment projects valued up to £10M+.
*Commercially minded, particularly in the industrial sector.
*Strong leadership skills and confidence in managing projects.
*Interest in ESG-focused projects is advantageous.
*Excellent communication and report writing abilities.
