Job Description:
Are you a Building Surveyor with over three years of consultancy experience, especially in residential projects? My client is looking for a skilled and motivated Mid-Level Building Surveyor to join our residential-focused team. Key Responsibilities
*Manage and oversee refurbishment projects primarily in the residential sector, with typical project values ranging from £250K to £10M.
*Serve as a key client contact, ensuring client satisfaction and quality service across all project phases.
*Provide technical guidance to junior surveyors and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team.
*Lead Contract Administration, ensuring projects meet all contractual and budgetary obligations.
*Participate in business development by nurturing client relationships and supporting our residential portfolio’s growth.
Essential Experience
*At least three years of post-graduate Building Surveying experience, ideally within a consultancy with a residential focus.
*Strong Contract Administration experience, particularly on high-value residential projects.
*A commercially aware mindset, with demonstrated skills in managing client expectations and project requirements.
*Strong communication and report-writing abilities, with confidence in managing projects independently.
