Job Description:
We are currently partnering with a reputable South Wales based Housing Association, who are recruiting for a Compliance Coordinator to join their growing team on a minimum three month contract.
This is a full-time position with an hourly rate of £17 per hour on an Umbrella basis/ £14 per hour on a PAYE basis inclusive of holiday pay and the start date is subject to notice.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
*Coordinating programmes for Electrical testing, Asbestos checks and fire safety checks
*Liaising with contractors over the phone and confirming works have been completed in line with pre-agreed schedules
*Updating information on in house systems including MS Excel and One Serve
*Raising invoices
*Occasionally liaising with tenants and contractors over the phone
Requirements:
*Experience using IT systems such as MS Office packages
*Good phone manner and experience liaising with tenants/contractors
Rewards and Benefits:
*Hybrid working policy: 3/4 days per week from home, 1/2 days in the office
Working hours:
*37 hours per week
*Monday - Friday: flexible start/finish times
