Job Description:
MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT 

Working hours:                 Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm (hybrid working offered after 3 months)

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Management Accountant to join our friendly team.  You will play a vital role in providing comprehensive management accounts and support the business with strong analysis and decision making reports. Role Specific Responsibilities
*Production of accurate management accounts
*Strong analysis to aid decision making
*Review monthly performance with directors and department heads on their numbers
*Production of board reports
*Production of financial review packs
*Production of accurate weekly flash reports
*Ensuring Balance Sheets are updated monthly and supported to aid auditability
*Ensuring recharge methodologies are robust and supported by documented assumptions
*Ensuring intercompany transactions are recorded and are eliminated upon consolidation
*Ensuring the quarterly forecast and annual budget processes follows and achieves the desired timescales
*Assisting the finance function to achieve its goals, ambitions and objectives and become best in class

Strengths, Skills and Competencies
*Previous experience in a Management Accountant role 
*Ideally Part qualified or in the final stages of CIMA or ACCA qualification
*QBE Considered
*Excellent analytical and numerical abilities
*Strong Microsoft Office skills including advanced knowledge of Excel
*High level of accuracy and detail orientated
*Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
*A good team player and a desire to succeed
