The Opportunity
QBE Europe is looking to recruit a Senior Transformation Office Analyst to joina growing and ambitious transformation team in our London office. The purpose of this role is to support the processes that enable senior leaders to select, prioritise and control QBE’s change initiatives, with a focus on benefits management?. They will be the lead for benefits management,producing and embedding guidance, processes and templates as well as being a point of best practice for business and change stakeholders?. They will work collaboratively with stakeholders, includingfinance colleagues to obtain standard data/information on change initiative benefits to enable the reporting,providingchallenge, support and escalation.?
Your new role
* Facilitating the inputs and outputs of governance forums that will enable senior leaders to select, prioritise and control QBE’s change initiatives.?
* Producing reports – using data and information from several sources and summarising for a senior audience.?
* Lead on benefits as yourspecialist portfolio management area, which will require; updating existing and developing best practice benefits management guidance; producing and embedding process and templates into the organisation; ?developing and ?coaching colleagues across teams to promote a culture of best practice, being a source of benefits management expertise.?
* Working with business cases and key stakeholders to validate benefits identification and capture.
* Collaborating with colleagues to continually develop and improve our portfolio ways of working aligned with best practice, measuring success and learning lessons.?
* Working as part of the overall transformation office team to ensure that the cadence of activities required to meet the needs of transformation delivery are established.
* Coordinating training and communication activity relating to benefits management?
* Ensuringbenefits approach meets internal and external controls and audit requirements.
About you
* Experience in a transformation office analyst role specialising in benefits management
* Significant experience of using analytical skills to translate data into insights that support leaders in making evidence-based decisions?
* Experienced user of tools including MS office suite (including PowerBI) and PPM-specific tools to facilitate portfolio management reporting ?
* Experience of working in a large portfolio with associated financial benefit delivery?
* Stakeholder management experience, engaging with business stakeholders to embed frameworks based on best practice?
* Agility and flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced transformation/change environment?
* Financial services/insurance experience is desirable but not essential
