Key Responsibilities:
*Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and account growth.
*Source, recruit, and place top-quality candidates across a variety of industries.
*Understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions to meet their requirements.
*Develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates for both current and future job opportunities.
*Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth recruitment processes and client satisfaction.
*Identify new business opportunities and work to expand the client base.
*Provide expert advice and support to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
What We’re Looking For:
*Proven experience in recruitment or sales, with a strong client-facing background.
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
*Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
*A results-driven attitude, with the ability to meet targets and deadlines.
*A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving and business development.
*Experience managing accounts or client relationships would be an advantage.
