SEN Teaching Assistant - Full-Time | Long-Term
Location: Dagenham | Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

*Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and staff, contributing to the school’s close-knit community.
*Promote resilience, independence, and confidence in students by adapting teaching strategies to meet their needs.
What We’re Looking For:
*A determined and energetic individual with a passion for supporting children with SEN.
*Previous experience working with children with SEN is beneficial but not essential for the right candidate.
*A positive, proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
*Strong communication and teamwork skills.
