Job Opportunity: Management Accountant/Finance Manager

Our client are currently recruiting for a Management Accountant who is ready to move into a Finance Manager position within a SME business. The finance team are a small team who work very collaboratively together.
The Role:
You will play a significant role in financial planning, providing accurate and timely financial and operational information reporting directly to the Finance Director.
Day to day duties will involve:
*Excellent usage and knowledge of Sage 50
*Overseeing the debtor management
*Profit & loss, balance sheets and appropriate management information
*Payroll management and accuracy
*Producing effective reports using Excel
*Identify trends, risks and opportunities to improve financial performance
*Structure and organised
*Good leadership skills with confidence of working with a well-established team
Required Skills:
The ideal candidate will be working as a Management Accountant and ready to move into a Finance Manager role or alternatively already be a Finance Manager.
Industry experience within Manufacturing, Industrial or Engineering sectors would be essential experience needed.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency with Sage 50 and Excel
