Sales Account Manager
£30,000 Basic Salary Plus Commission

Our client a leading distribution company who is now seeking a Sales Account Manager to support in the development of new partners to ensure the continued expansion of the UK market
The requirement is for an office-based point of contact for existing and new customers developing long term relationships, and generating additional business. Previous experience and a track record of building and delivering relationships is essential.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
*Manage their own portfolio of accounts, with the intention to grow additional business and revenue for products and services.
*Retain, and develop existing customers
*Actively develop customer relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
*Future development within the role will be to identify new business opportunities through existing accounts, generate leads
*Contribute to sales growth by taking advantage of upselling opportunities on live orders.
*Supporting external sales team with regular reports giving visibility of order input and planned deliveries.
*Managing deliveries to schedules / forecasts
*Acting as a focal point for external customer contact including inbound enquiries (phone, web & email), lead qualification, quotations, samples, logistic & delivery queries.
*Become as the go-to person, between buying customers (Applicators and Installers) and our back office functions (Order Management, Warehouse & Finance).
*Maintain opportunity pipeline, ensure it is up to date, chase all open opportunities, and organise CRM system accordingly.
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes and experience.
*2-3 Years B2B sales support /account management background.
*Adaptability in your communication with various industry accounts and contacts.
*Enthusiastic and willing to learn new skills and work within a small, fast paced company.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
*Proficient in Office 365/Excel.
*Good Understanding of technology.
*Confident communicator both internally with the team and externally with your managed accounts.
*Proactive, organized, great time and work-load management to prioritize tasks and actions.
