Part-Qualified Finance Analyst
Central Liverpool

£35,000 - £40,000

Key Responsibilities
*Financial Analysis: Prepare and analyse financial data to provide insights that drive business performance.
*Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis.
*Reporting: Create detailed monthly management reports and support with ad hoc financial reporting.
*Cost Analysis: Analyse cost drivers and profitability across departments, recommending efficiency improvements.
*Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders, including department heads, to deliver accurate and timely financial information.
*Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and reporting systems.
*Compliance and Controls: Ensure financial operations adhere to internal controls and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
*Actively studying towards ACCA/CIMA or similar qualification.
*Strong academic background in finance, accounting, or related discipline.
*Experience: *Previous experience in a similar financial/analytical role (e.g Finance business partner, Finance Analyst).
*Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
*Technical Skills: *Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software packages.
*Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
*Attributes: *Proactive and enthusiastic approach to problem-solving.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
