Job Description:
The Payroll Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of payroll operations within the Accounting & Finance department. This professional will ensure efficient and accurate payroll processing and compliance with regulations.

Description
*Manage the entire payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
*Ensure strict compliance with all relevant payroll laws and regulations.
*Lead, guide, and support the payroll team to achieve departmental objectives.
*Liaise with HR and other departments for payroll-related matters.
*Manage relationships with payroll vendors and service providers.
*Prepare and present payroll reports to senior management.
*Handle payroll tax filings and resolve any tax-related issues.
*Implement continuous improvement initiatives within the payroll function.
Profile
A successful Payroll Manager should have:
*Proven experience in managing payroll operations in a similar environment.
*Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems.
*Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
*Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
*Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
