Private Client Paralegal
£25,000 - £35,000 / St Albans Hybrid / Permanent

My client, a top law firm in the Hertfordshire area, are currently on the hunt to hire a Private Client Paralegal/Secretary to join their rapidly growing team and business.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar support role and will have experience progressing client files and providing secretarial and admin support to the wider department.

Key Responsibilities
*Progressing client files under team leaderships instruction and support with the drafting of Wills
*Answer telephone queries on behalf of the team and greet any walk-in clients
*Undergo audio-typing duties on behalf of fee earners within the team
*Maintaining allocated cases to a certain standard, making sure everything is kept up to date
*General administration for the team
Essential Skills
*Previous secretarial/assistant/paralegal experience is a must
*Experience progressing client files
*Private client experience is essential 
*Highly organised
*Excellent communications skills, written and verbal
*High kevel of professionalism

*Hybrid working after probation 
*Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:15pm
*25 days holiday plus bank holiday
