HR Advisor – 4 days per week - £45,000 pro rata – North London
A values driven and rapidly growing charity based in N1 are looking for a people focused HR Advisor or HR Officer with a broad, generalist HR background to join their team.
Please note – this role is a 15 month FTC – and candidates should be available to start from mid January 2025. The contract will be for 4 days per week – and the salary is up to £45,000 pro rata. There is a possibility this role could become permanent.
As the HR Advisor you will support the Head of HR to ensure the delivery of an effective HR, recruitment and payroll service to circa 100 employees. You will provide a first point of call for all HR, recruitment, and payroll related queries, responding to employees, and the senior management and line management teams in a timely manner. You will work to provide advice and effective administration to support recruitment processes, including the provision of information packs, support for recruiting managers and interview panels, and the completion of all related correspondence and employment contracts. In addition you will complete all pre employment checks as well as induction programmes and ensure all HR related information is kept up to date. You will partner with the management team to support annual appraisal and performance management processes and support the preparation of monthly payroll.
This role would support a personable, detail orientated HR Coordinator or HR Advisor that builds strong working relationships easily. The ideal candidate will be CIPD Level 3 qualified, although QBE candidates will also be considered.
