Our client is seeking a dynamic Compliance Assistant to join their team and support their compliance efforts. If you have strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and previous experience in the legal industry, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
*Compliance Framework Support: Assist the Compliance Officer for Legal Practice (COLP) in maintaining and improving the firm’s compliance framework.
*File Audits & Risk Management: Conduct file audits and support risk management initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
*Accreditation Preparation: Support the preparation for Lexcel, ISO 9001, and Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) accreditation.
*Policy & Procedure Alignment: Ensure the firm’s policies, procedures, and operational standards align with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
Skills and Experience Required:
*Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Prior experience in compliance within the legal sector is essential.
*Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure.
*A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
*High attention to detail and accuracy.
