Mortgage experience is not required, however a background in financial services, insurance or a similar regulated environment would be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
*Build and maintain strong relationships with members, managing inbound enquiries.
*Act as a subject matter expert on mortgage products.
*Conduct fact-finds with members, offering advice and recommendations to suit their needs.
*Provide detailed product information, highlighting benefits and encouraging engagement.
