Job Description:
Merrifield Consultants are delighted to be partnering with a leading Arts Charity to recruit a Learning Bookings Coordinator.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive person to join a dynamic team supporting the delivery of an engaging learning programme. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills to coordinate school bookings and help deliver creative learning experiences.
Job Title: Learning Bookings Coordinator
Full-time, Fixed-Term Contract (up to 10 months)
Salary: £31,293 per annum
Location: Central London
Hybrid role (approx. 2-3 days per week in the office)
Ideally to start mid-January
Responsibilities:
*Manage and update the school bookings system, ensuring it is efficient and fit for purpose.
*Provide a friendly and professional service to schools making bookings and responding to enquiries.
*Support the delivery of educational programmes, including school sessions, workshops, and outreach projects.
*Liaise with colleagues across departments to build and maintain a school mailing list.
*Ensure adherence to GDPR and safeguarding standards in all bookings.
*Manage room bookings and liaise with relevant educators and team members.
*Undertake various administrative tasks as required to support the team.
Person Specifications:
*Excellent attention to detail and strong administrative skills.
*A proactive approach with the ability to think creatively and solve problems.
*Strong written and verbal communication skills.
*Previous experience using Artifax and Tessitura systems is desirable.
*Experience in managing customer contact via phone, email, and in person.
*Highly organised with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
