What You Will Do:
- Develop and implement a commercial strategy to attract new business across various industries, offering turnkey product and service solutions.
- Enhance value-added and technical services for the existing customer base while expanding the portfolio of prospective clients.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive customer relations management database, presenting insightful data to the board.
- Analyse and assess tender management opportunities, demonstrating a consistent ability to grow accounts.
- Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, and partnerships, in alignment with the company’s commercial strategy.
- Liaise with the management team to ensure manufacturing requirements are realistic and meet gross margin requirements.
**What You Will Bring:**
- Proven experience in implementing growth strategies and managing client relationships within a metals manufacturing environment, preferably with experience in non-ferrous metals.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- A solid track record of customer acquisition and qualifying leads, backed by domain expertise.
- Proficiency in MRP for data management and reporting.
- A good standard of education, complemented by previous experience in sales and marketing.
