Job Description:
P/A Secretary – Term Time - £27000
Own transport required due to the rural setting. Parking on site.
Our established clients are looking for a professional and confident PA/Secretary to join their existing team providing a wide mix of support to the school.
Key Responsibilities:
*Administrative Support: *Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
*Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
*Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
*Documentation Management: *Maintain organised filing systems for documents and records.
*Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials.
*Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
*Communication: *Facilitate effective communication within the team and across departments.
*Assist in organising school events and activities.
General Office Management:
*Ensure office supplies are stocked and maintained.
*Coordinate maintenance and IT support as needed.
Qualifications:
*Knowledge of working in an educational environment helpful not essential for someone with strong Adminitration and communication skills.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
*Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
*Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
*Familiarity with educational policies and procedures is a plus.
*Competitive salary of £27000 neg according to skills plus benefits package.
*Working term time - full time hours plus 6 weeks
