Are you an experienced HR professional looking to make a real impact? My client is seeking a proactive HRAdvisor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to an organisation dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care while reinvesting in its people and services.
As a HR Advisor, you’ll provide expert HR support to employees and managers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
*Offering clear, practical advice on employee relations, absence management, and performance issues.
*Supporting key processes such as service restructures, TUPE consultations, and policy updates.
*Collaborating on recruitment, retention initiatives, and wellbeing projects to enhance employee engagement.
*Acting as a lead user for HR systems like iTrent, ensuring data accuracy and payroll updates.
*Working closely with the wider People Services team to identify and implement improvements.
You’ll need hands-on HR experience, a solid understanding of employment legislation, and a proactive mindset to thrive in this fast-paced role. Strong communication skills and the ability to travel across sites in Greater Manchester, Merseyside, and Lancashire will also be essential.
