Role:
- Partner with Leaders: Work closely with stakeholders and line managers to identify the training and coaching needs of individuals and teams.
- Deliver Tailored Solutions: Recommend and implement structured training and coaching activities designed to meet key objectives.
- Conduct Training Sessions: Deliver training in various formats, including classroom sessions, team meetings, and one-on-one coaching.
- On-the-Job Support: Accompany team members during telephony or webchat sessions and provide actionable verbal and written feedback.
- Induction Programs: Facilitate Sales Operations Training for new hires.
- Evaluate and Improve: Produce evaluation reports, recommend strategic improvements, and implement solutions to enhance team performance.
Person:
- Experience in a coaching/mentoring capacity is essential.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Facilitation or training experience is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and foster growth.
- Sales or customer service experience with a proven track record of success.
- A solid understanding of policies.
- Confidence in having tough conversations to drive performance improvement.
